Ali is a mum to one daughter who currently lives in London but has dreams of moving somewhere to pursue her dream to live more sustainably at a slower pace in a more meaningful way. Prior to becoming a mum, Ali worked as a lawyer. She is now training to be a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist. Ali loves to write about cooking and nutrition, particularly for families and busy mums and how this can be incorporated in the family home. She has a passion for nutrition and wellness in relation to fertility, pregnancy and nurturing the female cycles.
Clare is a mum of three, a writer and pregnancy yoga teacher living overlooking the sea in rural Cumbria, UK. Clare loves to write about Yoga, her Family Forest School and the mothering journey in all of its joys and challenges. Her writing explores transformation, nurture and connection and her first book Milestones of Motherhood explores how women grow and change as we learn to love and care for our children.
